The courses in our part time programs can be the initiative to begin an exciting career in the Music Industry such as a Music Producer, Audio Engineer, Sound Designer, Studio Manager, Mastering Engineer, Multimedia Developer, Music/Re recording Mixer (film and video), Post-Production Engineer, Studio Designer, DJ and more! Part Time Programs: Independent Music Producer Program Earn an Independent Music Producer and Steinberg Canada Certificate part-time through our Continuing Studies program at Stylus Stylus College of Music & Sound Technology! Our Independent Music Producer program is available part-time for those who have a heavy work schedule. For program advising, click here. Hip Hop & R and B Music Production Students of this popular program will learn the fundamentals of composing songs, designing signature sounds, and using special recording techniques to produce impressionable beats that make Hip Hop one of the most popular music genres today. Desktop Music Production This is a fully customizable program designed for beginners, songwriters, musicians, DJ's, and anyone who is interested in making and recording music using a personal computer. Students can enrol in individual courses or complete eight courses out of the eleven to obtain The Desktop Music Production certificate. For more information, click here. Each course costs $475.00 CDN and must be paid at the time of registration. When do I receive a certificate? A certificate will be issued to you once you have completed all the courses within the Independent Music Producer Program but it should be completed within 2 years. What kind of certificates can I get? You can receive the Independent Music Producer Certificate as well as Steinberg Canada (www.steinbergcanada.com) Certificate Where Can I View Available Courses? You can view the Continuing Studies courses by clicking here. How do I enroll in Stylus College of Music & Sound Technology’s Continuing Studies?
